2a. Account rules

2.4a You are prohibited from selling, transferring and/or acquiring accounts for or from other account holders.We suspect you have acted in breach of these Terms, including where we suspect the account has been linked with fraudulent or dishonest activity; and/orWe have to withhold the funds in your account by law or to comply with any advice, request or instruction from any governmental, regulatory or enforcement authority.
2.5a You must not collude with other players or in any way distort normal game play.
2.6a In the event that you breach any provision in these terms and conditions, company reserves the right to close your account and may confiscate any available funds. In certain cases, where required by law, such funds shall be forfeited to concern authorities.
2.7a It is your responsibility to verify that when opening an account and conducting business with company, you are not breaching any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2.8a You must submit the correct information during your registration. This information should include, but is not limited to; your full name as per your official identification documents, your full and current residential address, personal telephone number and/or email address as required. You also agree to update this information at the earliest and most reasonable opportunity should there be any changes to the personal data that you have provided. Any false documents provided by the user, company is not responsible for any further consequences.
2.9 You may only open and maintain one account, and you must open this account personally.
2.10 company may, at its own discretion and without having to provide any justification, refuse to open an account or close an existing account, including, but not limited to, when we have reasonable suspicion that any account is traced to the same address, IP address or computer. We may also freeze any winnings on such accounts. Any existing contractual obligations will be honoured, except in the cases where we suspect that the accounts are connected to underage gambling and/or involved in criminal acts, including money laundering.
2.11a All accounts are opened in and all transactions are made in respective currency chosen at the time of opening an account. Currency cannot be changed once it's set at the time of registration. All conversion values are determined at the exchange rate of last 24 hours provided by various central banks.
2.12a Account holders shall not treat company as a financial institution. No interest is paid on any funds, irrespective of the amount, held in your account.
2.13a If you reside in a jurisdiction where winnings are taxable, it will be your own responsibility to keep track of those winnings and report them to the proper authorities.
2.14a During the registration process you will be able to choose your login email and password. You can change this password at any time.
2.15a You must keep your login credentials secret at all times, and you remain solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account.
2.16a If you use third-party applications to connect to company you are aware that this may not display full information about the account or betting activity.
2.17a If a bet is placed using your account, the bet will be considered to have been made by you and therefore once accepted by us, it shall be considered valid unless it contravenes any other term.
2.18a company retains the right to examine and confirm your identity. When deemed necessary, company will request that documentation proving your identity and residency is forwarded to its offices. Examples of documentation requested could be certified copies of photo identification cards, bank statements, references, last utility bill or photocopy of credit card. In the event that you do not provide us with sufficient identification information, in accordance with company internal procedures or those required by regulatory authorities, company may suspend the account and all account functionality, including, but not limited to, bet management and withdrawal of funds or close the account.
2.19a company retains the right to make any queries regarding the source of any funds deposited with company. Should you fail to provide satisfactory responses to our queries, company may suspend the account and all account functionality, including, but not limited to, bet management and withdrawal of funds or close the account. company may pass on such information, as it deems necessary to the relevant authorities.
2.20a You may close your account at any time by withdrawing all funds and emailing us or take a break from betting by deactivating your account which are available in your account dashboard.
2.21a Following termination, suspension or exclusion of your account, company will, in the normal course of business, return any funds in your account and again following the settlement of any open bets. We do, however, reserve the right to withhold the funds in your account from you pending the result of any investigation where:
Following the result of any such investigation we reserve the right to seize some or all of the funds in your account if we are satisfied that you have acted in breach of these Terms or any other relevant agreement on site, such as the betting rules.
3.1b The default rate of commission on company is 6% of net winnings in exchange markets and other financial markets. There is no commission on sportsbook winnings. However, company reserves rights to change the commission rate anytime.
3.2b All commissions will be calculated and charged at time of market settlement. Bets will be settled based on the user's commission at time of market settlement and not at time of placement.
3.3b The default rate of commission of affiliates ranges from 20% - 30% of net revenue of company on all markets. Same rate of commission apply to all the markets including financial markets.

3.4b The default rate of commission for super agents/exchange brokers at 15% on net revenue of it's affiliates and down line customers. Same rate of commission apply to all the markets including financial markets. Apart from normal betting commission, super agents are also entitled for commission on deposit or withdrawals commission to it's users in their respective countries. Commission percentage of such transfers are given in super agent dashboard itself.
4. Inactive accounts
4.1c An inactive account is any gaming account that has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) months or more, meaning that you have not logged in for that period of time. However, user registered in the website but didn't activate his account will also be counted as inactive and liable for actions as in 12 months in active period.
4.2c Any gaming account deemed to be an inactive account for more than 12 months will be permanently disabled and terminated..

5. Deposits, transfers and withdrawals
5.1d Deposits can be made into the account by various means as given in the deposit page. If company identifies that funds have been deposited to your account from a third party, we reserve the right to immediately return the deposit back to the source and void any winnings that have arisen from such a deposit. Any charges levied by the banks and/or payment gateways will be deducted from the reversed amount.
5.2d When using cash back voucher, your credit/debit card transaction is with our affiliate company and doesn't not relate to company directly. Which means your purchase term is with the affiliate company not with company. For the transaction, you will get a valued product as per your chosen item against your transaction. However, company 100% guarantee that the equivalent amount of cash back is fully withdrawal able like any other deposit with company. When depositing by credit card, your credit card account will be debited immediately upon completion of the transaction and it will be reflected with as partner company's name not company.
5.3d Minimum deposits: The minimum deposit amount for each payment method are given in our deposit page.
5.4d Any funds deposited must be used for the placing of bets. Where you act in contradiction to this rule and request a refund of a deposit made without placing any bets, the decision on whether to process this refund is at company’s sole discretion.
5.5d Funds deposited should be used for betting purposes only, and any deposit or withdrawal activity should be matched by commensurate betting activity. In addition to the payment methods noted on the Payment Methods page, we also reserve the right to set off any fees incurred by processing your payments against your account without notice should we consider that you are abusing any of our payment methods.
5.6d Any suspicious activity on an account may lead to the account holder being reported to the relevant authorities and freezing of the account fund, and could also lead to the closure of the account, confiscation of funds and subsequent forfeiture of said funds in favour of the relevant authorities.
5.7d Bonuses can from time to time be placed into your account as part of a promotion. Applicable promotion terms will be published at the time of the promotion.
5.8d Funds can be transferred from the account of one account holder to the account of another account holder only by super agents and those transfer should be only in case of actual local deposit or withdrawal. Any misuse of facility leads to quick termination and no money will be available for withdrawal.
5.9d You may log in to your account to view a statement of account which will show all transactions effected on that account, namely deposits, bonuses, winnings, bets made, pending bets and withdrawals. You can decide to withdraw part or all of your funds from your account by selecting from the various options made available by company. 5.18d Super Agents and agents/affiliates can withdraw their earnings once a month. They will need to first transfer the earnings to betting account from agent account and further withdraw to bank account, if they want to.
5.19d For withdrawals, any other methods that are not suitable for company will be done through PayPal with shared transaction rate.
5.20d Any deposit or withdrawal with local exchange brokers should complete within 3 hours, failing which customer can directly contact us immediately after 3 hours time frame is passed.
5.21d Exchange brokers failing to meet the obligation of transfer window within 3 hours without informing company customer support will lead to permanent black listing and subsequent confiscation of funds in all accounts, if any.
5.21d Customers sending more money to local brokers than what is mentioned in the deposit page of that particular broker will do at it's sole discretion. company has no responsibility on amount sending more than "transfer limit" mentioned in local deposit page.
6. Betting rules
For betting rules please follow "Live betting terms" as given in the footer section of the page. All the terms mentioned at "live betting terms" are binding. For individual sport betting regulation will be followed as per the standard markets, sportsbook or exchange markets. company reserves rights to follow each of the rules and act accordingly. company has also absolute rights to cancel submitted bet if found discrepancies according to standard regulation.
7.1e company offers you the ability to bet in currencies other than the default USD.
7.2e Any orders on the market/sportsbook/games/casino/exchange will appear to you to be in their own currency, which if required are converted to base currency of USD using last 24 hours exchange rate.
7.3e The value of bets will not be affected by fluctuations in the exchange rate.
7.4e You are limited to betting in one currency.

8. Data usage
8.1f All data including markets data, may only be used for your personal use. The distribution or commercial exploitation of the data is prohibited.
8.2f Use of sports data, including from marekts, is at your sole risk.
8.3f Neither company nor any of our sports data licensors gives any warranty that the supply of the data will be uninterrupted or as to the accuracy of the data.
8.4f Scores shown on site in-play are subject to a delay and may not be accurate at the time you place your bet. You are responsible for ensuring the state of the match at the time you place your bet.
9. Responsible gaming
9.1g Maximum amount to bet are visible when you are placing bet, however, from company internal assessement, we try to limit user stake value depending on the risk history we assesse in our own capacity. company has absolute rights to limit user stake volume whenever the situation demands. 11.3i company is not responsible for any consequences resulting from major incidents such as any strike, terrorist activities, political crisis, war, and saturation of the telecommunication networks, natural catastrophe, or any other matter beyond company's control; which could lead to a total or partial reduction, to the access to its services, on Internet or by phone. In such an event, we may (in our sole and absolute discretion) cancel or suspend company services without incurring any liability.
11.4i company is not to be held responsible for the consequences caused by the breakdown of any device or software, directly managed or outsourced, which could lead to a total or partial reduction to the access of its services, via Internet or by phone.
11.5i In the event of any mistake or negligent act from company’s part, in relation to these terms and conditions, the compensation available to you would never be any higher than the available funds on your account or the amount of the bets involved in the mistake or negligent act.
11.6i Should one or more term or condition of this agreement be declared void by a recognised Court of Justice, then the remaining terms and conditions would retain their validity.
11.7i These terms and conditions represent the whole of the agreement between company and you, and replace any previous written or verbal agreement, communicated by or to company.
11.8i company does not accept any liability whatsoever for damage to you or a third party which arises directly or indirectly from a mistake, misprint, malfunction of software on the company website or that of any of its affiliates and/or partners.
11.9i company does not accept any liability or responsible whatsoever in case of customer held guilty by your local authority for accessing or placing bet from the country where it may be not legal to do so..
13. Technical difficulties
13.1k If company becomes unavailable (such as during a DDS attack or through unscheduled downtime) leaving you unable to manage open bets please contact customer support immediately to clarify your position.
13.2k Once an order has been placed on the exchange, there is no guarantee that the order will be able to be amended, withdrawn, cancelled or traded out of by the account holder.
13.3k A bet is deemed to have been placed as soon as it has been processed by our servers. The acceptance message is normally quick, however, in exceptional circumstances, it may be delayed in which case you should refresh your browser and check your account page and, if still not present, contact our support agent who will be able to clarify your position.
13.4k Communication errors do occasionally happen. Should there be a break in communication after you place your bet and it has been received on our servers, it will still be considered to have been made. 16. Additional terms on Affiliates/Agents.
16.1n Any registered user who has made at least one deposit can join affiliate program. company has absolute rights to cancel affiliate account on joining without making any deposits. There is no separate registration required, you will see "join affiliate" button within your account dashboard. Affiliate account can also place bet with their balance.
16.2n company has absolute rights to cancel affiliate membership if found breaching our basic rules or trying to exploit in certain circumstances which may lead to potential loss to the company.
16.3n Percentage of affiliate earnings range from 20-30% based on the number of down line or affiliate registered under you. The decision to payout % commission on revenue between 20-30% lies at sole discretion of company. In basic terms, more down line, more commission percent.
16.4n Commission earnings are on net revenue generated from your affiliate users. Commission are credited on every settlement, however, it will be debited in case your down line won bet in sportsbook or markets. It's a net profit commission NOT volume of bet or transaction. So your account has the potential to go negative if net revenue is less than the down line earning more.
16.5n Agent can transfer balance to betting account once in a month/30 days. Once you make a transfer to betting account, you cannot transfer another until next 30 days.You can withdraw to your bank from betting account, there after.
17. Additional terms on Super Agent/Exchange brokers.
17.1o To become a super agent, customer can request form from dashboard itself. However, company has absolute rights to deny or accept the request. Normally, company accept only up to 5 exchange broker from one country. Depending on circumstances we may increase it's quota from country to country.
17.2o To be eligible for exchange brokers, you must be financially sound and has the ability to transfer deposit/withdrawal request of customers within your country. You are restricted to such facility only to the customers within your country..
17.3o Super agents can only recruit affiliates/agents. They cannot register customers/players directly.
17.4o Super agents will earn up to 15% revenue of all the earnings made by their agents/affiliates. The exact % commission are listed within broker dashboard.
17.5o Like agents, super agents (also called exchange brokers) can withdraw earnings once a month. The earnings should be transferred to betting account, and from there on can transfer to banks or bet in the markets.
17.6o Super agents can also bet from their agent earnings. They need to transfer to bet account.
17.7o Super agents are obligated to transfer or deposit money of the customer who had made request within the country in 3 hours. Failing to transfer balance after taking money from customers within 3 hours, without informing difficulties to our support agent may lead to termination of account and all earnings forfeited or freezed.
17.8o Super agents will earn commission for every time they take deposit/withdrawals from users within his country. Commission % for each transfer is listed in super agent dashboard itself.
17.9o Super agent cannot directly promote links to customers unlike agents. They have to directly promote to agents as they can register only agents not players.
17.10o Super agent are supposed to be highly reliable and honest in business conduct. They are not regular user of company but user of privileged level who has direct connection with company. Therefore, we expect super agent to be professional, financial independent and of all honest with the services they provide to it's customers for long term relationship. Any complaint by customers may lead to permanent deletion of account and legal prosecution as per the terms. In such circumstances, all account related to company will be disabled and balance, if any will be confiscated.
